Stepping into Healthier Habits

Taking small steps forward will eventually take you somewhere new, even though it may be a slow process and others may get there faster.  I would love to be healthier and sometimes when I look at where am compared to I where I want to be, it can be frustrating.  This month’s challenge celebrates the small steps towards improvement.

I will be focusing on some small changes to improve my health by eating smaller portions and walking more.  In an effort to walk more, I will be walking 10,000 steps a day.  In addition to getting healthier, I am hoping to use this as an opportunity to explore more of Orlando.
