For my new 30 Day Challenge, I will be running every day for 30 days.
I have never been a runner. I have never enjoyed the act of running. While runners will talk about that euphoric feeling they get when they run, all I feel is the pain in my feet and knees. When I see friends run marathons I find myself unable to comprehend the act of running for miles upon miles.
There are a ton of articles on how to start running as a beginner, how to train, and how to build a comfortable running plan.
With no specific end goal like a race to train for, I am ultimately hoping to take an easy approach over the next 30 days that helps with my consistency in work outs without injury. The purpose of this challenge will be to improve my overall fitness level and hopefully allow me to find my own enjoyment in the sport.
